What do you do to stay fit?

I usually do the jogging early in the morning.
Robby
That's great. How long do you jog?
Andry
30 to 45 minutes. I do it at least three times in a week.
Robby
That's enough, I think. Many people are too busy to work out. They realize that working out is very important when they suffer from a disease due to not being physically active.

Andry
That's why I try hard to find time to work out. If I miss my morning jog because I wake up late, I usually make it up in the afternoon by walking for 10 to 20 minutes.
Robby
Besides jogging, what else do you do to be in shape?
Andry
For the time being, I focus on walking or jogging. I love mountain-biking, actually. I haven't got enough money to buy one.
Robby
So, if you had a bike, you would alternate between jogging and cycling, wouldn't you?
Andry
Yes, I would. Wouldn't it be nice?
Robby
Sure. Keep in mind that working out, whether you cycle or jog, will keep you healthy. Your lung and your heart will be in much better condition.
Andry
How do you know if your lung and heart are healthier?
Robby
If you exercise, you won’t easily puff. That means your lung is healthy. If you easily puff during physical activities, you experience shortness of breath. This may indicate a problem in your lung. So, consulting a doctor is the best thing to do to find out what respiratory problem you have.
